My name's Mair Jones and I'm an experienced art department all rounder and part time print and graphic designer (see MY WORK for my designs!)
I'm comfortable both off and on set having worked for TV, Film and Advertising since 2013.
My work so far has allowed me to develop my skills and knowledge of this industry, including:
Prop and Petty Cash Buying, Set Dressing, Set Standby, Painting, Making, Graphic Design, Drawing, and Script Breakdowns.....I also make a great cuppa!
A fluent Welsh speaker I am primarily Wales based (but willing to travel), with a full drivers licence and own car and kit! :)
I am comfortable on a high profile set having worked alongside high profile actors, as well working in a fast paced environment such as TV and commercial advertising.
Ever since my first work experience at 15 on a Welsh period drama I knew this was the industry for me. Having always been creative from a young age it was inevitable I would make a career out of it. Having tried a variety of roles I knew that the Art and Prop department was the right fit.
I am looking to further develop my skills of this world and progress further within the industry! :D
